Carson Hardwick, P.E.

Carson Hardwick graduated from Mississippi State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience through internships with Neel-Schaffer's Soiltech Consultants and Upchurch Industrial Services. Mr. Hardwick has built a comprehensive understanding of sanitary sewer systems, domestic water systems, grading & drainage, detention, erosion control and land development. His project portfolio includes extensive design and analysis work on hydrology and drainage systems, such as above and below ground detention designs, stormwater drainage solutions, and environmental and endangered species design constraints.

Currently, Mr. Hardwick leads the RDS engineering team in Texas while playing a pivotal role in managing Tennessee projects. His work involves coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, landscape architects, site lighting specialists, and environmental consultants, to ensure timely, high-quality project submissions in both states. Mr. Hardwick's broad, regionally diverse experience enables him to approach each project with a fresh, adaptive perspective.
